The HUD Exchange has released a new four-part seminar series designed to help agencies begin preparing for and understanding the impact of NSPIRE on their properties.

This comprehensive training series will be offered over four separate training days, allowing participants to dive deeper into the various components of NSPIRE and how the new inspection standards may affect their housing programs and operations.

This training is especially timely following HUD's publication of the NSPIRE Implementation Guidance and Inspection Standards for the HOME and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) programs on April 14.

Under the new guidance, all HOME and HTF-assisted properties are required to become compliant with the new NSPIRE requirements by April 14, 2027.

With this deadline approaching, now is the time for agencies, owners, and management teams to begin understanding the new standards, evaluating their properties, and preparing for implementation.

Best of all, this valuable four-part training opportunity is being offered at no cost to agencies across the country.

Don't wait until the deadline is here. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn, prepare, and position your properties for successful NSPIRE implementation!
